This return policy was prepared based on current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.
The customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (apart from the cost of returning the product(s)) and without the need to indicate the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the day on which the customer or a third party appointed by the customer (except for the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).
Thus, in exercising the right of free withdrawal, any purchase made at the store can be returned within a period of 14 (fourteen) days after receipt. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange of the item(s).
If the customer wishes to exercise the right of Free termination of the contract, he must complete and deliver any unambiguous declaration of termination of the contract. You can, through contact with the store, within the aforementioned period, request the Free Termination form or indicate by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org explicitly that you want to terminate the contract.
The contact made by e-mail must refer to the following data:
Order receipt date
Number of products and/or services purchased
Upon receipt of the request for free termination of the contract, an answer will be given as soon as possible to expedite and schedule the collection of the purchased product(s).
For a purchase to be eligible for a return, the items purchased must be in the same condition in which they were delivered. It will also be necessary to return in the original packaging and without signs of misuse or mishandling.
Returns must always be made to the merchant and never to the supplier of the products and/or services.
For the return process to be completed, it will be necessary to include submitting the purchase invoice, proof of payment and the return form.
The refund of the value of the product(s) and the delivery costs will be total within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision of free termination.
B Journal Editions is not obligated to reimburse additional return costs as a collection method (s) different and more expensive than the one presented by us. However, if the B Journal Editions requests the collection of the product(s) from the customer, the refund process will be initiated upon proper receipt of the product(s). B Journal Editions will notify the customer regarding this process through the following e-mail address: email@example.com .
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations where the customer has expressly agreed and does not incur any costs resulting from the refund.

Exchange of items is only accepted when the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect or with damage resulting from the act of delivery. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us by email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.

If the item were offered, it would only be accepted for exchange if the respective gift slip was presented.
Shipping costs paid initially will be included in the amount to be refunded, as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
If the customer wants a different pick-up method from that defined by B Journal Editions, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs related to the return of the product to the store, whether for the purpose of return or exchange.
We cannot guarantee that items are returned or arrive in the same condition as when shipped.
In the case of an order delivered abroad, the return process is based on the above-mentioned conditions.
