After payment is complete, B Journal Editions will proceed with a standard check so that the order can be processed and shipped. The customer will receive an email with confirmation that the order has been paid and the corresponding invoice.
All products available at B Journal Editions can be purchased, except when out of stock or limited editions, as well as on-order products, whose availability may vary. In addition, products may be unavailable without prior notice, but they will be properly identified in these circumstances.
If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, B Journal Editions undertakes to contact the customer by telephone or email as soon as possible to expedite the process with the customer.
At B Journal Editions, the prices shown are in EURO (€), and the applicable VAT and tax rates are according to the law in force, which is already included in the price shown.
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. You are requested to inform B Journal Editions through the following email contact: info@bjournaleditions.com.
If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery, and the customer may choose to refuse to accept the same. B Journal Editions is not responsible for possible delays in the handling of order cancellations.
B Journal Editions reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as technical issues outside B Journal Editions.
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, they can do so by emailing info@bjournaleditions.com or filling in the contact form available at B Journal Editions. When terminating the contract within the legal period and returning the product, the customer must return any offers accompanying the main product. B Journal Editions must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations where the customer has expressly agreed and does not incur any costs resulting from the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

By creating and using the account at B Journal Editions, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality and for all activity arising from their account.
By creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
B Journal Editions is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
B Journal Editions is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use or inability to use the products provided, as well as for any delay or unforeseen delivery of orders.
